Policy 3700 – Facilities Management

All 51¸£Àû facilities shall be operated in compliance with federal, state and local laws, ordinances and regulations. Operational conditions shall provide for the comfort, health, safety and welfare of all that use the facilities.

The operation of the 51¸£Àû facilities shall include provision for custodial staff, custodial supplies, utilities and contracted services according to 51¸£Àû needs. The Director of Facilities shall be responsible for the operation of 51¸£Àû facilities and the supervision of the custodial staff.
